Phase 1:  Expand Exploration Drilling Efforts

The company is preparing a targeted exploration drill program to explore and expand the Chinapintza Gold Project extension in order to confirm earlier results and expand the NI 43-101 mineral resource.

In addition to a targeted, widespread drilling campaign, the company intends to include additional geochemistry, geophysics, underground tunneling and sampling work.

Phase 2:  Small Scale Mining Permit

At this stage, plans are to proceed with exploration development of up to 300 tonnes per day of gold mineral extraction at the Chinapintza Deposit pursuant to the “Small Scale Mining Regime” under Ecuador law.

All legal and environmental requirements will be completed in accordance with Ecuadorian laws and regulations.  The development will involve underground gold mineral extraction operations with gold processing and tailings disposal facilities.


2014 Objective

The objective for our 2014 exploration program is a targeted drill program to explore and expand the Chinapintza Gold Project extension leading to confirming earlier results and  expanding the NI 43-101 mineral resource. In addition to a targeted, widespread drilling campaign, the company intens to include additional geochemistry, geophysics, underground tunneling and sampling work.

Concurrent with the targeted drilling efforts, the technical team will systematically evaluate and prioritize the many targets presently defined within the Chinapintza property concession.

Advancing the Chinapintza deposits is the primary focus for the company’s experienced exploration and development team. 2014 promises to be a very exciting and busy year for Chinapintza’s new management — a team of proven explorers, executives and mine developers.
